Anchor Management Ltd. is a proudly South African based fishing company situated in Auquawaves. We catch, process and supply anchovies harvested from the Atlantic ocean and its surrounds to wholesalers. Anchor Management has two main wholesalers Qualifish Ltd. in Italy and Fishfest Ltd. in China. Anchor Management aims at being environmentally sustainable in order to keep the ocean in a healthy state and so that Anchor Management can continue to harvest anchovies from the ocean for future. Anchor Management strives for consistency and quality in everything we do.
