Anchor Management Ltd.
Value is created in numerous ways through the Anchor management Group Ltd business model. Our company specialises in creating value for all its stakeholders, however, it is important to acknowledge the impact our company has on our key natural resource, the fish stocks. Therefore, through three different scenarios and fishings trips we aim to illustrate how our business activities affect our key resource.
Scenario 1 relates to a market situation in the Aquawaves fishing industry in which no fishing regulations are imposed. Consequently, the area of Aquawaves becomes heavily overfished and fish stocks, our key resource, are depleted. This situation destroyed value within the context of our company and is illustrated below;

Scenario 2 introduces the idea of fishing regulations into the fishing industry of Aquawaves. These regulations are aimed at protecting the fish stocks and the sustainability of the industry. The Aquawaves government introduced rigid regulations. Our company’s compliance with this has resulted in a significant decline in our catch of fish. This scenario both created and destroyed value in terms of our company as illustrated below;

Scenario 3 involves the concept of self-regulation within Anchor management Ltd. This concept involves the company monitoring and setting its own sustainable catch amount. This process creates numerous benefits to the company and through integrated thinking the company is able to create value across its outcomes.
At Anchor management Ltd we strive to operate sustainably and to create maximum value for our stakeholders. Therefore, it is clear that scenario 3 must be adopted. We hope that this change to our business model will insure that we continue to benefit all who we can.
